This view lists all wells within a plate or a project. Wells can be associated with one or more drops. There is no restriction on how many drops can be associated with a well.

Fields in the wells table

PlateIDPLATEIDPlate IDThe numerical id of the plate the drop belongs to. 
XXColumnThe column number of the well in the plate. 
YYRowThe row position of the well in the plate. 
OwnerOWNEROwnerThe owner of the well (same as the owner of the plate). 
DatDATLast updateThe date on which the drop was last changed. 
ComponentsCOMPONENTSWell componentsThe reservoir components. 
ShareSHARESharesThe Share field is used to give other users viewing or modifying rights for a certain object. Permissions can be given to specific users, to the group to which the object owner belongs to and to all users.

Additional fields are:

These fields are used to search both reservoir and solution. The fields can be searched individually and in combination. 'Compounds' finds names of associated compounds

Examples

'/sto acetate /conc +0.1 /conc -0.3'.

finds all wells containing acetate at a concentration between 0.1 M and 0.3 M in the reservoir or the solution.

'/sto acetate /conc +0.1 /conc -0.3 /pH +6.0 /pH -7.0'.

restricts the results to pH's 6.0 to 7.0.
