Fields in the users table

| NUMID | NUMID | NUMID | The numerical id. |
| ID | ID | User login name | The user login name. |
| Owner | OWNER | Owner | The owner of the user entry is always the user itself. |
| Name | NAME | Full name | The full name of the user. |

| Password | PASSWORD | Password | The password of the user. |
| AccessDat | ACCESSDAT | Last access | The most recent date on which the user accessed this installation of XtalBase. |
| Dat | DAT | User administration date | The date on which this user entry was last administrated. |
| Perm | PERM | Permissions | This fields assigns a permission level to the user. Possible values are 'U' (user), 'A' (administrator), 'D' (developer). |
| Group | GRP | User group | The numerical id of the group the user belongs to. |
| DesGroup | DESGRP | Desired user group | The numerical id of the group the user wants to join. |
| URL | URL | Homepage | The home page of the user. |
| Host | HOST | Last Access from | The host from which the system was last accessed. |
| Affiliation | AFFILIATION | Affiliation | The home institute / work place of the user. |
| AffType | AFFTYPE | Affiliation type | The type of affiliation. |
| Country | COUNTRY | Country | The country of residence. |
| Share | SHARE | Shares | The Share field is used to give other users viewing or modifying rights for a certain object. Permissions can be given to specific users, to the group to which the object owner belongs to and to all users. |
