Fields in the observation scores table
| Key | Database field | Header | Description |

| NUMID | NUMID | NUMID | The numerical id. |
| ID | ID | ID | This field contains the score code. Currently scores indicating crystals are 6-8 and A-C. |
| Owner | OWNER | Owner | The owner of the score entry. |
| Dat | DAT | Last update | The date on which the score definition was last changed. |
| Description | DESCRIPTION | Description | A description of what the score is indicating. |
| Crystal | CRYSTAL | Crystalline ? | Set to Yes (1) if the score indicates crystals, otherwise No (0). This flag must be set and is used for statistics of successful and unsuccessful experiments. |
| Share | SHARE | Shares | The Share field is used to give other users viewing or modifying rights for a certain object. Permissions can be given to specific users, to the group to which the object owner belongs to and to all users. |
