Coordinates

Objects in the coordinates table contain a reference to an uploaded pdb file and information extracted or calculated from data in this file.

Owner	OWNER	Owner	The owner of the entry.
Dat	DAT	Last update	The date on which the entry was last changed.
PDBFile	PDBFILE	PDB file	The name of the PDB file.
SpaceGroupNumber	SPACEGROUPNUMBER	Space group number	The space group number.
NRes	NRES	N residues	The number of residues.
NAtomsProt	NATOMSPROT	N atoms	The number of atoms (protein).
NAtomsLigand	NATOMSLIGAND	N atoms (ligand)	The number of atoms (ligand).
RefCycID	REFCYCID	Refinement cycle ID	The refinement cycle from which the coordinates stem from.
SpaceGroup	SPACEGROUP	Space group	The space group.
Project	PROJECT	Project	The project with which these coordinates are associated.
Unitcell_a	UNITCELL_A	Unit cell a axis	The length of the a unit cell axis.
Unitcell_b	UNITCELL_B	Unit cell b axis	The length of the b unit cell axis.
Unitcell_c	UNITCELL_C	Unit cell c axis	The length of the c unit cell axis.
Unitcell_alpha	UNITCELL_ALPHA	Unit cell alpha	The alpha angle of the unit cell.
Unitcell_beta	UNITCELL_BETA	Unit cell beta	The beta angle of the unit cell.
Unitcell_gamma	UNITCELL_GAMMA	Unit cell gamma	The gamma angle of the unit cell.
Sequence	SEQUENCE	Sequence	The sequence of the residues that build up the model.
Share	SHARE	Shares	The Share field is used to give other users viewing or modifying rights for a certain object. Permissions can be given to specific users, to the group to which the object owner belongs to and to all users.
