Batches

Batches in Xtalbase are produced in the same protein preparation or taken from the same vial.

NUMID	NUMID	NUMID	The numerical id.
ID	ID	Short name	The short name of the batch.
Description	DESCRIPTION	Description	A short description of the batch.
Owner	OWNER	Owner	The owner of the batch.
Dat	DAT	Last update	The date on which the batch was last changed.
Project	PROJECT	Project	The project id which the batch belongs to.
PrepDat	PREPDAT	Preparation date	The date on which the batch was prepared.
Purification	PURIFICATION	Purification	Notes on the purification history of the batch.
ProteinSolution	PROTSOL	Protein solution components	The components of the protein solution including their concentration. This field is just used for documentation. In plates the protein component is based on a stock definition, that is you need to define a protein stock entry before you design a new plate.
Notes	NOTES	Notes	This field contains any kind of information relevant for the batch.
Share	SHARE	Shares	The Share field is used to give other users viewing or modifying rights for a certain object. Permissions can be given to specific users, to the group to which the object owner belongs to and to all users.
